Digital samples usually take 3-5 working days. If you need a physical sample with special finishes (like gold foil), it takes about 7-10 working days.
What artwork files do you need? +
We require vector files in AI, PDF, or EPS format. Our design team can also help create professional dielines for your artwork placement.
How do you guarantee printing quality and color accuracy? +
We implement 100% manual inspection before packing. For color accuracy, we follow Pantone Matching Systems and use production-grade digital presses to ensure consistency across every batch.
What are your shipping and logistics options? +
We offer Air Express (FedEx/DHL/UPS) for 3-7 day delivery and Sea/Rail Freight (DDP/CIF) for bulk orders. Our DDP service includes all customs and duties.
